• If this is a new design, you will need to upload your logo of choice. If this is a repeat order, or your wanting to utilize a logo on file, please select “LOGO ON FILE” Additional logos can be emailed once your order has been placed
• Once your order and logo has been received, you will receive a digital mock-up. This will give you an idea of exactly what your final product will look like. At this point, you will be able to make minor edits to the artwork, adjust & specify colors and make any further changes. Please keep in mind, that very small text & fine details more often than not do not stitch well. We may edit your logo to achieve the best stitch quality.
• Once your digital mock-up is approved, we will digitize your file and submit an actual stitched proof for you to approve before your order is scheduled for production. This will be your last chance to make minor changes, or color changes.
• Order completion times vary based on product availability & current work load. Standard lead time once your stitch out is approved, is around 10 business days. Rush options ARE available and will need to be discussed BEFORE placing your order
